What can I expect during a Reiki session?
Before: Like most treatments you will be asked to fill in a medical form/disclaimer. Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothes.
During: During the session you will lie on a massage couch, fully dressed while a practioner places their palms over each of the 7 chakras positions.
After: Everyone responses differently, sometimes you may feel refreshed, calm, mentally clear and lighter and other times you may feel tired or emotional. It’s always advised that you rest afterwards and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.
